At that time she had just returned from her trainer home in Costa Rica. Tiefenthaler’s experiment was not immediately successful, she continued to try to find the right movement for yoga on the water until she finally found it.

 

Yoga is a combination of classical techniques and ancient traditions from Hawaii and Peru. The ancient fishermen who sailed from Polynesia to Peru were said to often do this type of yoga.

 

Usually, this variation of yoga is done on a surfboard above the sea. The challenge is far greater than ordinary yoga. Therefore, it takes practice to balance yourself first on land through yoga movements with a high level of difficulty. To reduce the difficulty, yoga on the water can also be done on a calm water surface like a swimming pool.

To be more adaptable, you can try basic movements first such as child poses.
