Store Policies

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To return an Item:

Your item can not be return unless there is manufacturer defect .Please kindly note that horn is natural material therefore some shape is not defect but part of the natural material.
If you want to return the item ,item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@sarahbeekmans.com to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking number.

Include in your package the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions:

Some items can not be returned if they are worn or modified. This includes any item that shows any wear on any portion of the item, rings that have been sized, any type of modification to any kind of setting, or any item that has undergone any type of structural or physical change.

Exchanges:

If your item is in absolutely new condition, you may exchange your item for another item of of the same value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Bank transfer to our Indonesian bank account ( BCA and Mandiri )

Shipping Policy

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time the order is placed ( exclude Sunday )

Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Si Cepat ( within Indonesia)
EMS ( International shipping )
DHL for order more than 10kg

Shipping Insurance:

We use EMS for international shipping and will cover up to us$100,if the item is lost or broken in transit.

Order Tracking:

For domestic order, tracking number will be provided by the carrier and will be sending directly to the customer through the text message. Therefore please provide the most update mobile phone number.

For international order, a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information though email.

Shipping Rates:

Domestic oreder : Complimentary shipping for most of the area within Indonesia, please ask for more details to our customer care .

Internatioal order : The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your items, weight of your items, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
