Dylan was born and raised in the mountains of Southern California. Having a desire to live a healthy life and always active, he dedicates his life to pursue a good and right way of life. Before becoming a yoga instructor, Dylan worked as a fire-fighter and an athlete.
Dylan has studied and loves sports, such as wrestling, rock climbing, martial arts and fitness sports, but now Dylan finds yoga as the culmination of everything he loves.
Dylan first learned yoga through martial arts training in 2001. Then, Dylan started teaching yoga in 2011 after 10 years of training. Since then he has led leadership training and leadership workshops worldwide and is a globally recognized yoga instructor.
Dylan awakens us through motion and balance, to find strength in flexibility and to unite body and soul. His style delivered is also fun, energetic and challenging. He believes that strength, balance, flexibility, and health will be achieved whenever we set foot on a yoga mat, and this is the real beauty of yoga, helping us to interpret this to the true life.
Dylan activity outside teaching is making a video on youtube, upload photos on his Instagram account, answering emails, thinking about new yoga classes, and traveling to amazing places.
